The beige portion is his mouth, which stretches open to an Angler Fish-esque jaw and teeth. The original version of this also had Lionfish spines and a barbed drag net for a weapon, but it was deemed too “90’s Sentai Villain” and scrapped.
Far too Battletoads, if you ask me.
